Who handles your request

ATLAS, through founder Sahib Singh, handles requests submitted through this site. For questions, access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email sahibchm@gmail.com.

Information and purposes

We collect your email, optional company, request type (conversation/demo or waitlist), language, submission date and accepted notice version. For a conversation you may optionally indicate your project timeframe and current inventory format. We also store the link’s stated channel (website, LinkedIn or community), follow-up status, next action and outcome. Do not send infrastructure data, credentials or customer files.

Separate choices for each request

The checkbox permits email contact for the selected purpose. A conversation request covers arranging it and follow-up about the discussed case; the waitlist covers ATLAS availability. There is no separate newsletter. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. Demo and waitlist requests are separate, even for the same email. Repeating the same request does not change stored details; contact us to correct them.

Where information is processed

Cloudflare hosts the website and private D1 database. The project account owner can access requests using administrative tools; any exports remain private. We do not publish or sell contacts. Cloudflare processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website, including IP addresses; see its privacy policy.

Retention and review

Our operating target is to review requests on business days and reply to conversation requests within one business day. There are no automatic emails or owner notifications: review is manual. Requests are reviewed after 90 days and removed when their purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable obligations. Deletion is not automatic. Deletion from active tables also requires checking private exports; recovery copies follow the provider’s retention cycle.

Abuse prevention and your choices

For the current hour we store a keyed hash of the IP address to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not recorded in contact tables. Expired counters are removed on the next request. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The channel parameter is saved only when you submit the form. You may exercise your rights and, where applicable, contact the relevant data protection authority.
